New trailer for the Grob

In partnership with Algonquin College, a new trailer for our Grob 103 has been built.

Made entirely of aluminium, the trailer is light for its size. The internal fittings have not been manufactured and the floor has to be reinforced. It is fitted with a surge brake and a good lighting system. The intention of this trailer is to allow the club to conveniently transport the Grob to Lake Placid and to provide a means by which the glider can be collected from an outlanding. Without proper transport, the practical use of our Grob has been somewhat restricted.
